I've just finished the bundle of 'Introduction to LM', 'The Future of Medicine is LM' and 'LM in Clinical Practice'. This has been an inspiring course. Speakers with a wealth of knowledge who have presented a solid evidence base for lifestyle medicine which as been so helpful due to the vast array of mixed information on the internet in the area of wellness, nutrition, exercise and more. This has been very helpful to for me to help differentiate true evidence based science from pseudo science and opinion. I now feel more confident to present the science behind LM and its evidence base to others. I look forward to integrating this knowledge- some new, some old but reinforced- to my own personal and family's life, into personalised care for my patients and to sharing this with colleagues and the wider practice. Thank you.
